RAVAN
RAVAN brings an architectural study of structure and movement to the scale of an object. From a solid geometric base, slender forms rise, curve and extend into four planes that hold candlelight.
The name RAVAN evokes a sense of flow. That movement is held in tension with the stillness of the base: a composition of straight edges and fluid lines, weight and lightness. As the candles burn, their light gives the sculpture a changing presence in the space around it.
Designed by GHOLAMPOUR, RAVAN carries our exploration of form beyond architecture and into an object for everyday life.
