Leo Residence 2 is a refined continuation of our vision for contemporary urban living in northern Tehran. Situated in Saadat Abad, one of the city’s most desirable districts, the project combines timeless materiality with modern functionality to create a residential landmark.
The façade is composed of cement and metal, selected for their permanence, precision, and ability to age gracefully within the urban context. Clean vertical lines and recessed balconies emphasize clarity and rhythm, while subtle metallic elements introduce contrast and reflectivity, animating the building with light and shadow throughout the day.
The architectural language of Leo Residence 2 is minimal yet powerful. Vertical cuts and deep frames break down the mass, giving the building a sculptural presence that distinguishes it within its surroundings. At night, integrated lighting highlights the geometry, enhancing both security and identity while adding to Tehran’s evolving skyline.
Inside, the design continues with a focus on modern comfort and understated luxury. Spaces such as the lobby, pool, spa, and residential units are unified by a palette of neutral tones, warm lighting, and carefully selected finishes that balance functionality with elegance.
